PODS offers unique moving services that are flexible and more convenient for clients. This moving container company provides services for short and long distances. The company is in operation in most parts of the U.S. except states of North Dakota, Arkansas, Vermont, Montana, Wyoming, and West Virginia.

PODS has a unique container-based way of moving. The company provides clients with storage containers to pack all their items before relocating them to their desired destination. The containers come in varying sizes depending on the items and house being moved.

PODS does not need to do house surveys or request too much information from clients for them to come up with a quote. Clients are allowed to rent a storage container unit depending on their items. The only information you are required to provide includes the type of container needed, the date of the move, destination, and pickup point.

PODS always refund customers for unused containers if they rent more than they need. The company has insurance covering the rented containers and their contents up to a value of $300,000. PODS does not offer packing services. Instead, the company subcontracts local companies to do the packing and loading.

Clients are allowed a free cancelation a day before the container is delivered.
